Dear Michael-

There are Great Leaders, Directors, Managers, Coaches and Sales Professionals. As I go back to the time I spent at the Realestate.com office with you, a few thoughts come to mind.

You are a Great Leader in the rough. You are working in an industry, where a huge majority of the associates, are in the Real Estate profession, because they do not want to or do not know how to work hard.

You are very skilled and successful at motivating, mentoring, teaching, and coaching. I always felt that the motivational and coaching that I witnessed, was through high energy hype, great knowledge of the industry, plus true desire, to see professionals be more successful. I believe that you are NOT best suited for an industry where it takes ongoing motivation, encouragement & coaching, and “baby sitting” to keep many of those professions inspired and productive.

I see you working nationally or globally, for a company dedicated to building leaders, in a vast arena of different and varied industries. You have the drive, skill set, experience, ability to connect with professionals, heart and humility, to train…the “best-of-the-best”.

The Real Estate profession is not dedicated to building leaders, but dedicated to building winners. Michael, you are qualified, to advance yourself, to the next bar of excellence. Without a doubt, you could successfully train corporate executives using “The Relationship Drive Model”.
